We currently ship only within Canada.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $199 (after discounts and before taxes).
Note: Free shipping excludes remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or transportation disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

Order Confirmation Email – within 24 hours, confirming we received your order.
Shipping Confirmation Email – when your order ships, including a tracking number (for physical addresses only) so you can monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery.

Shipping Rate:

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $199 CAD (before tax), except for remote and rural areas.
For all other orders, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
